SCB MISSION
The Steel City Buccos staff will focus on player development & exposure to college coaches & will aim to teach our players how to play the game the right way. We will strive to win ballgames, but at the same time we are more focused on getting each player prepared to showcase their abilities to the best of their abilities while also having them ready to play at the next level. The SCB's will strive to be one of the best run travel baseball programs in Western PA with a strong focus on the player. If you are a player who is willing to learn new things, work hard, & play the game hard then we will do everything we can to help you get to the level you want to be at. As a staff we will work nonstop to find a college that is the perfect fit for every player in our organization & we will not be satisfied until we do that. QUALITY COACHING
The Steel City Buccos Showcase Baseball Organization will strive to give our players the best coaching around. Our coaches have experience playing college baseball, coaching high school baseball and coaching college baseball. All of our coaches were in your shoes at one time & have experience that gives them the knowledge & ability to help you succeed as you move forward in your baseball careers. We will have position coaches who specialize and focus on individual positions so that our players can get the best coaching possible for the position they play. As a staff we run our practices like a college baseball program and we want every player in our program to be as well-prepared as possible, both mentally and physically when they go on to play college baseball. All of our coaches genuinely care about the players & are committed to helping you succeed in your baseball careers.
